What is Third Coast Chemicals?

Third Coast Chemicals is a business solution provider to the global petrochemical and derivatives industry. The types of solutions provided include the following:

•  Strategic Sales and Marketing Solutions – Development and execution of end use market penetration plans, implementation of professional customer service, consolidation and optimization of payables/receivables, and maximization of global logistical efficiencies.

•  Investment Recovery Solutions – Identification and evaluation of residual by-product streams generated via major petrochemical processes, followed by development and execution of a comprehensive plan to extract and capture value for the producer. This is accomplished by evaluating the proper recovery equipment, potential end uses and determination of required economics. The streams recovered are either used internally by Third Coast Chemicals and/or affiliated companies as raw materials to manufacture a variety of products, or sent to third party customers for the same purpose.

•  Sourcing Solutions - Identification and sourcing of feedstocks and raw materials on a global scale for petrochemical companies, as well as chemical distributors, and derivative end user producers. In addition, Third Coast Chemicals is the global sourcing agent for itself, Third Coast Terminals, Third Coast International BVI, as well as its partners in a joint venture company by the name of Chemical Specialties Ltd., a new processing facility breaking ground in Singapore July 1, 2006. Our role as the sourcing agent for these entities has proved competitive for the entire group of companies whereby we find, evaluate and negotiate contract feedstock supply on a global basis.
